For the first time in 10 years, I sleep through the night without waking up to go to the bathroom, multiple times. I am amazed after only 1 week taking this supplement. I was curious, but very skeptical when I first saw a lengthy pressure sell article about an expensive product containing the “Beta Sitosterol” natural dietary supplement. My symptoms
During both day and night, I experienced the following symptoms when urinating: I would empty my bladder, but approximately 30 seconds later, there would be more urine to release in a second round. This seems like a slightly blocked prostate to me.
In the Amazon reviews I did notice some reviewers who found that it did not find it work for them, but most were successful. I suspect it only works for certain prostate issues.
Conclusion
Taking a supplement may improve the quality of life for some men with prostate issues. I don’t like the C$30/month price, so will try to find alternate options with the same benefit. Please let me know if you have found one.
